During his experience at Altran, Olivier was able to discover the difficulties that a group of tens of thousands of people had to train its sales representatives, while the company was in full transformation on its value propositions.

As global centers of expertise produced increasingly strong value propositions, market access was slowed by sales reps who were more likely to sell legacy solutions, such as technical assistant placements.

Guillaume ROCCA, commercial director of Sinfony, formerly of Cap Gemini, and Altran, quickly saw in Sinfony's methods a real lever to help these large companies better sell their solutions.
